No worries. By providing your flight details upon booking, our dispatch staff and your driver are able to track your arrival time and will adjust your pick-up time accordingly. For Airport Arrivals, you have complimentary waiting time of 30-minutes for domestic flights and you have complimentary waiting time of 45-minutes for international flights. We understand that there may be issues beyond your control that could lead to unexpected delays. If there is a very long delay and the driver is not able to wait, we will contact you to work out an alternative solution.

Cancellations: We accept Cancellations without a charge, up to 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for Mini Vans, Sedans, SUVs, Luxury Sedans & EVs, up to 8 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for Sprinter Vans and Stretch Limousines, and up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for Mini Buses and Motor Coaches.

Late Cancellations: For any transportation services cancelled within the above stated Cancellation times, a Late Cancel Fee equal to 100% of the Reservation Total will be charged.

No Shows: For any transportation services where you do not show at the pre-arranged pick-up location, a No Show Charge equal to 100% of the Reservation Total will be charged. To avoid a No Show Charge, please call us at +1 (808) 738-1878. Our dispatch staff will immediately direct your driver to you.

Occasionally, contracted Cancellation terms are set for certain transportation services (i.e., Weddings, Proms, Corporate Events, etc.).

Duke’s Transportation offers several different vehicle types: Sedans, SUVs, Luxury Sedans, EVs, Sprinter Vans, Stretch Limousines, Mini Vans, Luxury Mini Buses & Shuttle Mini Buses.

  • Sedan: Cadillac CT6, Cadillac XTS, or similar
  • SUV: Cadillac Escalade ESV, Lincoln Navigator L, or similar
  • Luxury Sedan: Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series, or similar
  • EV: Tesla Model Y, Tesla Model S, or Tesla Model X
  • Sprinter Van: Luxury Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van and Standard Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van
  • Stretch Limousine: 8 passenger, 10 passenger, 12 passenger & 14 passenger
  • Mini Van: Toyota Sienna, Mercedes-Benz Metris, or similar
  • Mini Coach
  • Mini Bus

You can reserve up to 2 years in advance. We highly recommend you reserve your transportation services with as much advance notice as possible to ensure you get the exact vehicle you are looking for.

Last minute request? Just give us a call at +1 (808) 738-1878. Many times we can accommodate short notice Reservations.

We will send you the Driver’s name and cell phone # at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time by SMS text message and/or email.

Please contact the driver’s cell phone # directly. If you reply to the message where we provide their contact information, it will not go to the driver.

If you would like to be billed by a bi-monthly invoice, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Bi-monthly invoicing is only available for Corporate Transportation accounts.

That works for us! You may also choose to pay via bank transfer to the bank account for Duke’s Transportation. Please include the invoice number in the bank transfer description.
